Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chicken thighs and potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket skin-side up.
  4. Add the potatoes around the chicken thighs.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
