  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain the pickles and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  5. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  6. Dip each pickle slice in the flour mixture, then the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
