- 1 cup butternut squash, diced
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices cheese (optional)
- Preheat your grill or frying pan over medium heat.
