Apple Fries

Delicious and easy to make, these apple fries are perfect for a snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 large apples
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the apples into fry-shaped pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Gradually add milk to form a batter.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Dip apple pieces into the batter and fry until golden brown.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
