Avocado Deviled Eggs

Delicious avocado deviled eggs with a gourmet twist of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add avocado, mayonnaise, mustard, crumbled turkey bacon, garlic powder, and salt to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  5. Fill the egg white halves with the mixture.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce.
  • Can substitute bacon with smoked salmon for a different twist.
