  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and flour, mix well.
  5. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  6. Slowly add Baileys Irish Cream, ensuring the mixture is well blended.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  9. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  10. Top with heavy cream before serving if desired.
