- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients: milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.
- Pipe or spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about halfway.
- In a small bowl, mix the streusel topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over the donuts.
