BAKED FETA PASTA

Baked feta pasta is a simple yet delicious dish, incorporating creamy feta cheese, savory turkey bacon, and fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 150 grams turkey bacon
  • 300 grams pasta of your choice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine feta cheese, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the feta is soft and the bacon is cooked.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  5. Once the baking is done, mix the baked mixture with the pasta.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
