BAKED FETA PASTA RECIPE

A simple and delicious baked feta pasta recipe that’s perfect for the whole family.

  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pound pasta of choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the feta cheese in the center and surround it with cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the feta and tomatoes, then add minced garlic and oregano.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, until the feta is soft and the tomatoes are bursting.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  6. Once baked, mix the feta and tomatoes together to create a sauce.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and mix until coated.
