Baked Pears with Berries Honey Walnuts and Blue Cheese

  • 4 ripe pears
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the pears in half and remove the cores.
  3. Arrange pears cut-side up in a baking dish.
  4. Top each pear half with mixed berries.
  5. Drizzle honey over the pears and berries.
  6. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and crumbled blue cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until pears are soft.
  8. Serve warm, optionally with additional honey drizzle.
