  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with salt and garlic powder.
  4. Dip each salmon piece into the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and honey to create the Bang Bang sauce.
