Beef Pepperoni Mac and Cheese Bake

A delicious and comforting dish that combines creamy mac and cheese with flavorful beef pepperoni.

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup beef pepperoni, sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk, and continue to cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni, beef pepperoni, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
  • Ground beef can be substituted for beef pepperoni if desired.
