- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can pizza sauce
- 10 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add pizza sauce, onions, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- On each tortilla, spoon beef mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Roll tortillas and place in a baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and black olives.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
