- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, sliced for garnish
- In a bowl, marinate the beef slices with soy sauce and cornstarch for about 15 minutes.
