  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef slices with soy sauce and cornstarch for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and stir-fry the beef until browned.
  3. Add the peppers, onion, and garlic, and stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the hoisin sauce and sesame oil, and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
