  • 8 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
