- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the lemon juice and zest.
