  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and zest.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, and swirl in additional lemon mixture for marbling.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set. Let cool before slicing.
