  • 2 bay leaves

  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine beef chuck, cumin, chili powder, garlic, onion, bay leaves, and beef broth.

  3. Remove meat, shred it, and set aside.
