Biscoff Banana Pudding

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with the vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until well combined.
  4. Layer the bottom of a dish with Biscoff cookie crumbs.
  5. Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the cookie crumbs.
  6. Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the bananas.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with the whipped cream mixture on top.
  8. Crush the remaining Biscoff cookies and sprinkle them over the top for garnish.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
