This Biscoff Cheesecake is a deliciously creamy treat that is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Biscoff cookies
  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 400 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams powdered sugar
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing until the mixture thickens.
  5. Spread the Biscoff cheesecake filling over the crust and drizzle with Biscoff spread.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
