- 2 tablespoons loose black tea
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves
- 1/4 cup honey (or to taste)
- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)

- Boil the water in a saucepan.
- Add the loose black tea and sage leaves to the boiling water and steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a pitcher and add the fresh blackberries and honey.
