Blackberry Sage Iced Tea Latte

  • 2 tablespoons loose black tea
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves
  • 1/4 cup honey (or to taste)
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a saucepan.
  2. Add the loose black tea and sage leaves to the boiling water and steep for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea into a pitcher and add the fresh blackberries and honey.
  4. Mash the blackberries to release their juices and stir well.
  5. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  6. To serve, fill a glass with ice, pour the chilled tea mixture over the ice, and top with milk.
  7. Garnish with additional blackberries and sage leaves if desired.
