  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package phyllo dough

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  4. Add the turkey bacon to the ricotta mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Layer the phyllo dough in a greased baking dish, brushing each layer with melted butter.
