Delicious breakfast bombs filled with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a quick morning treat.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 package biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the diced bell peppers until they’re tender.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Add the cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, and sautéed peppers to the egg mixture.
  6. Prepare the biscuit dough according to package directions.
  7. Fill each biscuit with the egg mixture and cheese, then fold and seal.
  8. Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
