  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the diced bell peppers until soft.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, then pour them into the skillet with the bell peppers.
  4. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, then add the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  5. Remove from heat, and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  6. Warm the tortillas, then fill each with the egg mixture, roll them up, and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use any type of cheese you prefer.
