  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and pour them into the skillet.
  3. Scramble the eggs and mix with bacon, cheese, tomatoes, and green onions.
  4. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds.
