Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf fresh bread
  • 1 cup brie cheese, diced
  • 2 ripe pears, diced

  4. Slice the bread into squares without cutting all the way through.
  5. Stuff the brie and pear-onion mixture into the slices.
  6. Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For a sweeter touch, drizzle honey over the warm bread before serving.
  • Make sure not to skip the fresh thyme for added flavor.
