  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions and add eggs, oil, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  3. Line muffin tin with liners and fill each cup halfway with brownie batter.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, egg, and remaining vanilla until smooth.
  5. Pour cheesecake mixture over brownie batter in muffin cups.
  6. Top with chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Cool completely.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
