A spicy and easy-to-make snack featuring crispy buffalo cauliflower wings that are perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, water, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and place it on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the baked cauliflower with the buffalo sauce and olive oil.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
