- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, water, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and place it on a baking sheet.
