Burger Bowls

A delicious twist on traditional burgers, featuring juicy turkey bacon and chicken ham served in a bowl.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the diced chicken ham for 2-3 minutes.
  3. In each bowl, layer the cooked quinoa, chopped turkey bacon, sautéed chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and shredded lettuce.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then top with shredded cheese.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute with other vegetables or toppings.
  • Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
