  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups Cadbury Mini Eggs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
