  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
