Caramel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in sour cream and half of the caramel sauce.
  6. Pour the batter over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes.
  7. Let the cheesecake cool and top with remaining caramel sauce, pecans, and chocolate chips.

Notes

  • Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving for best results.
