Carrot Patties

These carrot patties are a great vegetarian treat that packs flavor and nutrition into every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine grated carrots, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form patties with your hands.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve warm.
