Instructions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix well.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
