  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup halfway with the meat mixture.

  5. Top with more meat mixture, pressing down gently to seal.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through.
