  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 mini cones

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook tater tots according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion until no longer pink.
  4. Drain excess fat and stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Once tater tots are cooked, mash slightly and press into mini cones.
  6. Fill cones with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
