  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 pound steak
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 2 green onions
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork, then bake for about 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the steak to desired doneness and slice thinly.
  5. Once the potatoes are cooked, cut them in half and scoop out some of the flesh.
  6. Mash the potato flesh with garlic butter, sour cream, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Mix in chopped turkey bacon and steak pieces.
  8. Stuff the mixture back into the potato skins and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add more garlic butter or your favorite seasoning.
