- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 pound steak
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 2 green onions
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork, then bake for about 45-60 minutes until tender.
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
