- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
