  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper, then spread them out on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast the potatoes for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add the steak pieces to the skillet and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the steak, then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve the garlic butter steak bites alongside the crispy potatoes.
