- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried herbs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them thinly.
