  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sliced sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss well.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Return to the oven for 5 more minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm with a dollop of sour cream on top.
