  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 8 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the layers.
  4. Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining cheese on top.
  5. In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture evenly over the layered potatoes.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
