- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and thinly slice the potatoes.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, followed by half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese.
- In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the layers in the baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
