  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup corn

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  4. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and cooked macaroni to the beef. Stir to combine.
  5. Spread half of the mixture into a baking dish, then layer with half of the cheese and sour cream.
