  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
