  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each noodle and roll up.
  6. Arrange the rolls seam-side down in the baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • For extra flavor, add herbs to the chicken mixture.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
