  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and parsley.
  4. Spread the mixture over each noodle, roll them up, and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • For added flavor, season the chicken with garlic powder and Italian seasoning before mixing.
  • These rolls can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking.
