Learn how to make a delicious Chicken Cordon Bleu with a twist, using turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of turkey bacon
  • 4 slices of chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet.
  3. Layer turkey bacon and chicken ham on each chicken breast.
  4. Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Dredge the rolls in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove toothpicks before serving.
