  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butterfly the chicken breasts and place a slice of Swiss cheese and two slices of turkey bacon inside each.
  3. Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.

  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. In a separate saucepan, combine Dijon mustard and heavy cream; heat until warm.
