  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Lay out each tortilla and fill with about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture.
  5. Roll up the tortillas and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
