  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheese.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet until pliable.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
