- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
